2024年10月28日，海關(guān)總署公布了《中華人民共和國(guó)海關(guān)進(jìn)出口貨物征稅管理辦法》（海關(guān)總署令第272號(hào)）?，F(xiàn)將該辦法所涉及的法律文書（見附件1—6）予以發(fā)布，自2024年12月1日起施行，海關(guān)總署公告2018年第15號(hào)同時(shí)廢止。
